What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, COD, and GCash/Maya(QR code sent via email after checkout). More payment options will be added soon.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship nationwide within the Philippines.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once order has been shipped. Provincial orders may take longer to arrive depending on your location.
We aim to process and ship orders every Wednesday and Fridayto ensure timely delivery.
Do you have other designs?
Yes. We’ll be releasing more designs soon. Follow us on our social channels to stay updated on upcoming drops.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns/exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure the sunglasses and packaging are in original condition.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We quality check our sunglasses before shipping, but once the package is with our courier, handling is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at silao.shop@gmail.com, with photos and your order number, within 48 hours so we can assist you right away.
